Laundry Processing Standards

SORT

Lint has a negative effect on microfiber. Microfiber should be processed separately. In a CBW (Tunnel), avoid placing microfiber in the chamber – directly behind high-linting products such as towels or blankets.

WASH FORMULA GUIDELINES

Flush 2 Minutes @ 110 Degrees – High Water Level

Flush 2 Minutes @ 120 Degrees – High Water Level

Flush 2 Minutes @ 130 Degrees – High Water Level
Break/ Suds 6 Minutes @ 140 Degrees – Low to Medium Water Level

3 Ounces Phosphate with 6 ounces Detergent (Per CWT)
(if no Phosphate, 9 ounces of Detergent)

Rinse 2 Minutes @ 130 Degrees – High Level

Rinse 2 Minutes @ 120 Degrees – High Level

Rinse 2 Minutes @ 110 Degrees – High Level

Extract 5 Minutes – High Speed

Dry at 180 Degrees Stack Temperature or Lower or for 10 Minutes

PACK

Laundry 4

Mops in 20 count ADI PACK – Hook and Look facing the bottom of the bag.

Laundry 5

Cloths into bag – Dispense by poking a hole into a bag, pulling cloths out like tissues.
